HOW LONG WILL IT BE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Domestic orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, but please allow up to 72 hours for items to be sent out. This does not apply to custom made-to-order products, as they will take longer to fulfill. This also does not apply to preorder items. We do not fulfill orders on Saturday or Sunday and are closed on US federal holidays. Please give your order at least 7-10 business days before arriving.

We offer overnight shipping on USA orders (UPS Next-Day Air Saver) for a flat rate of $40. Please note, packages are not delivered on Sundays. We cannot guarantee next-day arrival due to possible carrier delays. If you select overnight shipping for a preorder item, your order will be shipped UPS Next-Day Air once your preorder item arrives at our warehouse.

International orders are sent out within 48 hours and will arrive in 7-21 days.

Orders ship out from Pennsylvania.

You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Preorder items do not ship according to our usual ship times. Please check the shipping time stated in the product description. The estimated delivery stated at checkout does not apply to preorder items with unique ship times.

Please allow us up to 48 hours to respond to your request during usual business hours. Our business hours are Mon-Fri 10AM-4PM EST.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must process your return within 14 days of receiving your order, or 30 days for store credit. We do not accept returns after our 30 day window. All custom products and sale items are final sale. Clothing sale items are able to be exchanged for a different size if we have the requested size in stock (Final sale exchange shipping prices will be paid by the customer). 

We'll deduct shipping costs ($6.99) from your refund for use of our return shipping label.

All Exchanges within the US are free of charge. Exchanges outside of the US must be paid for by the customer. *This does not include final sale exchanges.

Please note- we do not do exchanges for a different item. Exchanges are for the exact same make and model. Please first return your item for a refund (if eligible) and then place a new order for the item(s) you would like.

 

I SENT BACK MY RETURN, WHERE IS MY REFUND?

All received returns will be quarantined at our warehouse for 3 days before they are processed. Please allow at least 5 business days from your return arriving at our warehouse for your return to be processed.

Depending on your bank, it may take anywhere between 3-7 business days for the Refund to reflect on your bank statement.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

Please note above. We will email you a tracking number when your goods are sent out.

 

DID YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN YET?

You will receive an email as soon as your return arrives back at our warehouse. If you have shipped a return and not received an email, we are still waiting for your return to arrive.

 

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE?

Head over to our returns portal to begin the return process.

 

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT/IS FAULTY.

If you believe you have received a damaged product, please email contact@colorfulnatalie.com or submit a return request HERE stating your parcel was damaged upon arrival. Please make sure to upload images when choosing the second method. Your item must be in its original packaging with tags intact.

If it has been longer than 30 days since receiving your order, we are unable to assist in damage claims.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes! We ship worldwide.

Please note that the payment of duties and taxes is required upon entry (not at checkout).

International orders are shipped with USPS First Class Mail.

 

CAN I RETURN ITEMS I BOUGHT ON SALE?

All items marked 'sale' are final sale. Clothing sale items are able to be exchanged for a different size if we have the requested size in stock (Final sale exchange shipping prices will be paid by the customer).

 

WHY AREN’T ALL OF THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED IN MY SHIPMENT?

All custom products and preorder items ship separately from the rest of your order.

 

WHY DID I RECEIVE TWO DIFFERENT TRACKING NUMBERS?

Custom products will ship separately from other ordered products. A tracking number is emailed to you from each shipment when available.

 

I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE WHAT DO I DO?

Sometimes packages can get lost in the mail, once it has been dropped off and in the hands of USPS/UPS we cannot assist. Please contact your local post office OR UPS with your tracking number.

We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address. If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you via email with further instructions.

Please check your surrounding area for any possible areas USPS/UPS could leave your package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages by the mail services.

 

I ACCIDENTALLY WROTE THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN YOU CHANGE IT?

We ask that all address changes be emailed to us within the hour of purchase, as we start processing your order as soon as it is received.

We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address. If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you via email with further instructions. Note that a re-shipment fee of $6.49 will be invoiced to you in order for your order to be re-shipped to you.

 

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?

We are usually able to cancel your order if you have yet to receive an order shipped email. This does not apply to custom items. We ask that all changes to your custom order be made within an hour of placing it, as we start working on your custom item ASAP.

 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

We are notified as soon as an item is sold out, and work on getting it back in stock as soon as possible.

If you have your eye on something, make sure to sign up to be notified when the product is back in stock.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

ALL fashion jewelry necklaces, earrings, rings or bracelets are capable of tarnishing- some just faster than others. The only jewelry material that will actually remain tarnish-free forever is solid gold. 

Over time, your jewelry comes in contact with moisture, acids, air and oils, which all can affect how fast your jewelry will tarnish. Even 10k-18k gold plated and gold-filled pieces are not resistant to tarnishing. They will eventually show signs of wear, but will hold up way better than jewelry that is not plated this way.

To protect the plating of your jewelry we recommend the following:

-Keep your jewelry dryThe fastest way to tarnish your jewelry is by contact with moisture and liquids. This includes putting on lotions, washing your hands, a spritz of perfume, and sweating with your jewels on. Even the oils on your skin can wear down the plating and metals over time - and this will again vary from person to person. Try to take your jewelry off before each shower, swim or workout.

-Store it properly: Because exposure to the simplest things like the moisture in the air can wear down your jewels, it's important to store them properly. Store your jewelry in the Colorful Natalie jewelry pouch that comes with your purchase to protect your jewelry from outside forces when you are not wearing it.
