Returns


RETURNS INFORMATION:

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return it for a full refund, or 30 days for store credit. We do not accept returns after our 30 day window. All sale items are final sale.

We do not accept in-store returns or exchanges online. All purchases made in-store must be exchanged/returned at our store location.

We do not accept online order returns or exchanges in-store. All purchases made online must be mailed back.


RETURNS INFORMATION:

Merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with hang tags. 

Items sent back with obvious use, deodorant, make-up stains, pet hair, smoke or perfume scents will not be accepted. Items returned that appear to violate our conditions will be sent back to you. Items must be received in original condition with all tags still attached.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days. Customers who request a refund back onto their original payment method must postmark their return within 14 days of the order's delivery. Any item postmarked between 15-30 days will receive store credit.

We'll deduct $12 from your refund for use of our return shipping label.

If you submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order and you chose ‘store credit’ as your resolution, $12 will not be deducted from your total. You will receive an email with your store credit code.

We process all returns within 5 business days of receiving your item. You will receive an email with details of your processed return.

If you believe you have received a damaged product please submit a return request here stating your parcel was damaged upon arrival. Please make sure to upload images. Your item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact. If it has been longer than 30 days since receiving your order, we are unable to assist in damage claims.

If you paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made, this is non-refundable.

Please note that international orders may be returned for a refund, however international customers are required to cover the full return shipping cost.


EXCHANGES:

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please first submit a return request on our Returns Portal and then place a new order for the item you would like.

IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a full refund, or 30 days for store credit. 

You MUST have a receipt present to return or exchange the item(s) you purchased in-store. If you did not opt to have a receipt sent to you when you purchased your item(s), you must first email us to find out your order number. Please provide a screenshot of your bank statement, the date you purchased your item(s), the item(s) purchased including all sizes and the type of card you used to make your purchase to help@colorfulnatalie.com. We are unable to return or exchange your items in-store without the necessary documentation.
