Holiday Returns/Exchanges: Orders placed November 20th through December 25th this holiday season have 45 days to return! All orders placed using any Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount codes are able to be returned/exchanged following our regular return policy.
If a product doesn’t work out, don’t worry! You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return it for a full refund, or 30 days for store credit. We do not accept returns after our 30 day window. All custom products, stickers, patches, jewelry, hair accessories and sale items are final sale. Clothing sale items are able to be exchanged for a different size if we have the requested size in stock.
Merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with hang tags.
Items sent back with obvious use, deodorant, make-up stains, pet hair, smoke or perfume scents will not be accepted. Items returned that appear to violate our conditions will be sent back to you. Items must be received in original condition with all tags still attached.
We process all returns within 5 business days of receiving your item. You will receive an email with details of your processed return.
If you believe you have received a damaged product please email email@example.com or submit a return request here stating your parcel was damaged upon arrival. Please make sure to upload images when choosing the second method. If it has been longer than 30 days since receiving your order, we are unable to assist in damage claims.
If you paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made, this is non-refundable.
Please note that international orders may be returned for a refund, however international customers are required to cover the full return shipping cost.
All Exchanges within the US are free of charge. Exchanges outside of the US must be paid for by the customer.
We do not do exchanges for a different item. Exchanges are for the exact same make and model. Please first return your item for a refund (if eligible) and then place a new order for the item(s) you would like.
We cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange. We cannot set aside products for exchanges. If the requested product is out of stock, but a restock is coming, we will ship the product out when the new stock arrives at our warehouse.
Exchange requests that are not in stock and will not be restocked will automatically be issued as a refund.

We'll deduct $6.99 from your refund for use of our return shipping label. Exchanges are free of charge.
If you submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order and you chose ‘store credit’ as your resolution, $6.99 will not be deducted from your total. You will receive an email with your store credit code.
