In-store pickup orders typically take 24–72 hours to be ready for pickup. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready. This timeline does not apply to preorder items.
Please note that the pickup time displayed at checkout is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed ready time. We kindly ask that you wait until you receive your pickup confirmation email before arriving at our store.
Orders placed for local pickup cannot be changed to shipping orders after checkout. Orders placed for shipping cannot be changed to in-store pickup after checkout.
If local pickup is the only option available for an item at checkout, this means the item is currently available at our retail store location but is not available in our shipping inventory. Store inventory cannot be shipped.
If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us and we can cancel the order.
Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving your pick-up confirmation email. If your order is not picked up within this timeframe, the items will be returned to inventory and your order will be cancelled and refunded.
