Items labeled as preorder are not currently in stock but are expected to be restocked soon. Due to high demand, we offer preorders so customers can secure items before they sell out again.
Each preorder item includes an estimated ship date, which is listed in the product description. Please note that this date is an estimate and may change. Preorder items do not ship according to our standard shipping timelines.
Preorder items are charged in full at checkout to reserve your item. You may cancel your preorder for a refund or update your shipping address at any time before the order ships. Once tracking information is issued, the order is considered fulfilled and can no longer be changed.
If your order contains multiple preorder items, and one item becomes available before another, items may ship separately as they arrive. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order includes more than one preorder item or a mix of preorder and in-stock items.
Please note that estimated ship dates may change due to production or shipping delays beyond our control. If you need an item by a specific date, we do not recommend placing an order for a preorder item.
